Now, we can forgive the fact that the train derailed due to technical miscalculations, but Mumbaikars who were stranded at the Harbour Line stations on what should have been the busy Monday morning rush hour, cannot excuse the fact that our Central Railway authorities just couldn’t fix the issue in time, due to bad planning and congested roads that didn’t allow them access to the site....
