Jewellery is an important part of every woman’s wardrobe. It is a symbol of elegance, grace and panache. These sparkly and shiny pieces of art are a matter of pride and we are constantly looking to add masterpieces to our already magnificent collections. So, to make your search easier, we bring you a few newly launched collections you can get your hands on in the city.
Roopa Vohra House of Design
Jewellery designer Roopa Vohra was inspired by the beauty of Mother Nature, which led to her new collection of earrings. She makes use of intricate and beautiful patterns borrowed from leaves for this earring collection, with an aim to highlight nature’s work of art. “Earrings aren’t just a piece of jewellery; they are a fashion statement. They portray a message about who you are and what you like without even saying a word,” she says.
Colore Bijou by Magic Mirror
A handcrafted collection, Colore Bijou is an amalgamation of ancient tradition and contemporary designs made from diamonds and coloured gemstones. The collection comprises of earrings, necklaces and bracelets that are meant to match with Indian attire as well as western trends. The minimalist pieces in the collection are designed to complete your look by adding a touch of elegance and grace to it.
Amber by Varnika Arora
Elegance in simplicity is what Varnika Arora’s collection, Amber, represents. The collection celebrates daily fortitude with evening baubles, dainty earrings, statement rings, galactic ear cuffs and Elysian bracelets. The designer has portrayed the collection through a metaphor of a bee moving through a labyrinth of greens to soak in nectar (amber). With a rather poetic outlook, the designer pays an ode to the prismatic intensity of a beehive through her collection, which features vitalised hexagons through a bevy of rich colours including citrine, rose, emerald, onyx and chalcedony.
Stellar Collection by Shazé
Lifestyle brand Shazé collaborates with House Of Misu to conceptualise a new collection inspired by stellar motifs such as the stars, sun and moon. Made from cubic zirconia set in silver and gold, the collection pays homage to stars of the galaxy. It comprises of earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, chokers and bangles, and reflects an assertive personality. The pieces in the collection can be paired with a variety of outfits for a chic look.

‘La Rose’ Collection from Zahav
A fine jewellery collection made from natural rose-cut diamonds put together in unique patterns with vibrant contours of precious coloured gemstones, this collection is inspired and named after the rose. The inspiration trickles into the designs through its classic composition and the incomparable bubbly touch. “This collection offers an entire range of earrings, rings, bracelets and necklaces with vintage patterns reinterpreted in a more modern key, combining a clear-cut design with the highest level of precision and glamour. You also see the designs have been cleverly embedded with vibrant and sensuous precious gemstones like rubies, emeralds, blue sapphires and tanzanite together with the brilliance of various hues and cuts of natural coloured diamonds,” says designer Chhaya Jain.
