Aman Verma shares his eating habits and fitness mantra with Rohit Pramar
I make it a point to go to the gym five days a week. I work out for one and a half hours every day. I change my routine often so that I don’t get bored with my workouts. It’s important to switch up your exercise routine from time to time because your body gets used to it and it then loses effectiveness.
No chocolates in my diet
I start my day with egg whites, juice, muesli and fruit. My lunch and dinner usually includes vegetables with daal and chapattis. I avoid rice and chocolates as much as possible. Besides that I only eat food cooked in olive oil as it’s healthier.
Make working out a habit
Whenever it comes to working out, people are always lazy or they procrastinate. I think that’s where they make a mistake. The sooner they start, the better it is for their health as they grow old. Make exercise a habit as soon as possible and you will see the difference.
