Preparing for UPSC Exams
I am studying in TYBMS. I want to prepare for UPSC exams. How should I go about it?
—Nandish
You can begin with visiting the following website to understand the requirements of the UPSC examination - www.upsc.gov.in. Next, identify the syllabus, talk to students who have appeared for the same examination, read related blogs and so on. Once you have done the basic research, chart out a study pattern for yourself, including regular reading and updating yourself with the latest happenings as well as writing practice and so on. Once the forms are available, you can fill them up and apply for the same.
I am doing TYBMM, I want to study further but am confused whether I should do a PG or MBA in advertising? Please help.
—Swapnali
There are various courses available in Advertising which are of one year duration typically offered as PG courses and MBA courses which are of two years duration. Both the courses will be demanding and MBA would require you to clear the relevant entrance exam. Since both the courses are well recognized and accepted, you could choose either of them.
