Cuemath celebrates math excellence at its Teacher Convention
Cuemath, the premier program for 'math excellence' for students in KG to grade 8 organized a prestigious one day event to honor its wide network of Cuemath Teachers in Mumbai. Cuemath is a network of home-based centers for maths excellence run by highly qualified, trained and certified facilitators. These facilitators are well-educated women who chose to switch or restart their careers by taking up this rewarding career option. It felicitates top performing teachers from over 250 Cuemath teachers in the city.
GATEFORUM students shine in GATE 2017
The results of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE’17) have been announced. From the results obtained so far, GATEFORUM students Harsh Gupta and Naveen Thaduri have secured the coveted All India Rank 1 in Stream Chemical engineering (CH) and Instrumentation engineering (IN) respectively. While Ameya Dravid & Shubham Bansal have secured All India Rank 2 in stream Biotechnology (BT) & Instrumentation Engineering (IN). In all of the results counted till now, 14 students of GATEFORUM secured ranks in the TOP 10 and more than 50 students secured ranks in the TOP 100 this year
Outstanding performance in Mumbai, All India Rank 3 has been secured by Ravi Shankar Mishra in Computer Science Engineering (CS) stream. GATEFORUM has announced financial scholarships for its toppers in which it will reimburse first year fees for its students who secured a rank in TOP 100 and joining IISc or any IIT for their M.Tech.

SMART INDIA HACKATHON 2017
Smart India Hackathon is a marathon computer programming challenge where more than 10,000 young innovators picked from engineering and management students from across India will work continuously for 36 hours non-stop to create innovative solutions in the form of mobile and computer applications that would address a social or educational issue. Drawn from 29 institutions, these bright minds shortlisted from among 42,000 students from 2,183 engineering and management colleges and universities from across India, will work in 1,266 teams nonstop to build products based on their ideas across 26 locations in India. Their creative energy will be harnessed to solve 598 serious problem statement shared by 29 ministries and departments with HRD Ministry.
Supporting digital transformation
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization announced a MoU with The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). As part of the MoU, ICAI will deploy and leverage TCS’ Digital Content Market Place Platform - Digital HUB to drive the institutes' digital transformation efforts. ICAI’s digitization efforts through TCS iON Digital HUB will aim to provide improved services to students & members allowing them easy access to the vast knowledge base of the institute. By this, they will bring vocational and skill course to ICAI students. Also, additional skill certification courses will be introduced over a period of time. It will benefit ICAI students by enabling them to access the institutes' course content along with industry relevant skill content from anywhere, anytime.
