Four arrested accused executed the pre-planned murder
The Vakola police is now investigating the theory of black magic in connection with the murder case of Kalina resident Abdulla Khan (56). The police is in search of a priest (baba) who is said to have instigated the main suspect of the case, Ameershad Khan (56), who hatched the murder plot and got the four accused together to execute the per-planned murder. According to police sources, Ameershad who is a distant relative of Haseena Parkar, the deceased sister of underworld don Dawood, is also the father of arrested accused Azeem Khan and his family was in constant touch with the said priest since the past few months.
“The theory of black magic and revenge has some significance in the case. Ameershad had lost his son Lala and then his wife in the recent past and on looking at the sudden demise of family members, he consulted the priest who said that Abdulla had performed a black magic ritual to initiate evil times on Ameershad,” said a source.
Ameershad was also told that he was the one targeted to get killed but his good fortune reversed the game and his family members met that fate. Hearing this he got infuriated and made up his mind to kill Abdullah in a brutal manner.
“Following the deaths of his son and wife, Ameershad and other family members offered their Friday prayers near their graves. Ameershad was then told by the priest to go near Lala's grave where he found four needles and a black doll. He was later convinced that Abdullah was after his life and the priest also managed to convince him to take revenge before it is too late,” added the officer. Ameershad planned the murder for almost 40 days, after which his four accomplices managed to orchestrate the plan last Friday. The police have arrested Azeem, Zaahid Khan, Moinuddin alias Guddu Shaikh and Jitendra Jadhav for the murder under Sections 302, 120(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The cops are looking forward to nab all suspects who are currently out of the police net.
Meanwhile, the younger son of deceased Abdullah said, “We have doubts about the police's claims that the accused were nabbed in Vakola from inside a taxi when they landed there to meet their relatives. Either way, all the arrested accused and the prime accused Ameershaad should be booked under Sections of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA). We will fight the case until all of the accused are convicted.”
