The Indian film industry lost another legend after veteran actor Shashi Kapoor (born Balbir Prithviraj Kapoor) breathed his last on Monday at the Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. The last rites of the actor were performed at the Santacruz Hindu Crematorium near Santacruz Police Station in Mumbai, yesterday afternoon. The entire Bollywood fraternity was present at the funeral.

Shah Rukh Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Ranbir Kapoor, Aamir Khan, Anil Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah were among the first ones to reach Shashi Kapoor's Juhu residence. While bidding adieu to the late actor, Amitabh Bachchan got emotional and hugged Kapoor's children.
