The anti-encroachment department of (TMC) Thane Municipal Corporation razed 89 illegal structures in Hardasnagar of Vartak Nagar on Friday. The illegal structures action has been taken under instruction of commissioner Sanjiv Jayaswal. Under this action, 89 residential illegal structure swere razed and four commercials illegal structures as well. As per the development plans, the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) will widen the stretch till Hardasnagar area in Thane in phases to ensure an obstruction-free ride for vehicles.
