Vikram Raichura is the Co-Founder and CEO of Infin8 Capital. His  journey as an entrepreneur began in 2001 with a meagre investment of USD 200 as a marketing services company. Almost  after 17 years of experience and catering to 200+ iconic brands with awesome mobile initiatives, he made it possible to meet the ever-changing & diverse customer needs on their most preferred device, THE MOBILE.

Knowing the pains that a lot of corporates face while raising debt, he wanted to usher the change in the way debt is raised by moving towards digitizing the process with the help of technology. He came up with INFIN8, a one-stop Personal Finance Aggregation Platform.

In conversation with Dominic Rebello, Vikram says, “Our vision is to be the preferred brand that a customer chooses whenever they have a requirement for any loan.”

What is the idea behind Infin8?
When I was shopping around to get a Loan Against Property 2 years ago, I was appalled at the lack of integrity and transparency amongst DSA of top banks and NBFC's, the money that they charge as service fees, the initial login cheques for multiple banks all goes waste once you finalise a deal with a single player. This made me think of how could a better process be employed to make the customer journey much better than what it was. We already had been dealing with a lot of Banks and NBFC's though our other business, which helped me understand their challenges as well in this space, upon doing a lot of research with friends and family I decided that this is the problem worth solving.

Infin8 provides advisory to our customers through our website, chatbot and call channels on whom they can get a loan from with the best terms suitable for them. This service is free of cost to the customers.

How are you different from others?
India has a large online population and an even larger offline population. We are the only startup in this space who is providing Online services through an offline channel. Our primary mode of interaction with the customers is though an inbound marketing model, where the customers call us on 8080808080 whenever they have a loan requirement. When we receive their call, our agents use our CRM and using their data as an input provide them access to offers from multiple banks based on their eligibility. With our product and service, customers get a multiple choice of Banks/NBFC's and their offers customised for the consumer in 5 minutes of their time.

Any expansion plans?
We intend to scale up to 1000 transactions per month in the next 6 months and to 5000 transactions per month in the next 2 years.

Your vision for the company?
For us the customer is the king and our whole idea behind this startup is to get the best deal for our customers from multiple Banks and NBFC partners. Our vision is to be the preferred brand that a customer chooses whenever they have a requirement for any loan.

Where do you see yourself five years down the road?
We see ourselves working relentlessly towards empowering our customers with the use of technology to provide them with the best offers and the quickest disbursals. We have a motto to "Do Fast, Fail Fast, Win Fast" this ensures that we do the new always and irrespective of we succeeding or losing we will not stop.
