Sculpture, painting show at Artists’ Centre
Tuesday, October 26, 2010
At the Artists’ Centre, we have an exhibition of four good artists – Harendra Shah, Khanderao Pawar, Shashikant Munde and Shankar Shinde. The abstracted works by the artists have considerable merit. The paintings of Harendra have images with muted colours – flowing smoothly into one another. We see a well-conceived and executed composition. Khaderao Pawar uses varied forms to get across his creative perceptions. Shashikant Munde builds images with great precision. There is a lot of detail in the works and the final effect is good. Shankar Shinde constructs images with thin lines. We see elaborate work there. Muted colours.
