Master’s corner – Art Journal’s show

Tuesday, August 24, 2010

The works of as many as 40 well-known artists of the country are on display at the Museum Gallery. The show presented by the Art Journal will continue till August 29. At the exhibition, we can see the different styles and perceptions of senior artists. What we see is mostly contemporary art. There is a chance for the buyer to pick and choose. It is impossible to write about all the works.

It can only be said that each of the works has considerable merit. It gives one a chance to guage a bit of the recent progress in the Indian art scene. There was a sitar recital by Madhusudan Kumar at the gallery yesterday. Contact: 9969425202.
