Thursday, September 09, 2010

The artist uses poster colours as he builds the images of Ganesha. Anil Telharkar is fascinated by different forms of Ganesha. He says India has a rich cultural heritage and he has been inspired by great traditional art left by the artists in the past. He feels that in our country should focus on such art which is unique and great. He has been inspired by Ganesha sculpture which is found in old temples.

Anil Telharkar’s exhibition is at Nehru Centre Art Gallery. The exhibition which began yesterday will go on till September 13.
