In a snappy scene, the vivacious Bollywood actress, looking tense, sashays into the hall as she is clicked by excited members of the prying paparazzi. The new oomph-girl is none other than Iranian model-actress Elnaaz Norouzi, who featured opposite singing sensation Guru Randhawa in the recent runaway hit music video 'Made In India', released by T-Series.
Not surprisingly, Elnaaz is “thrilled” that in 'Sacred Games' (releasing July 6), she is now working with hot-shot Bollywood directors Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane. The action-drama series revolves around volatile circumstances in an intriguing world set in the dark underbelly of Mumbai.
Where politics, crime and passion come together in a deadly game of glitz, violence and revenge. It's based on Vikram Chandra's critically acclaimed novel of the same name.
Gushes Elnaaz, “I play a glam-filmy actress named Zoya who is the lady-love of Mumbai's powerful mafia-don Gaitonde (played by Nawazuddin). It's going to be awesome”.
The newbie is already on the radar of top showbiz directors with her 'wow' acting talents and 'ooh-la-la' looks.
