In her two decade old playback career, Rekha Bhardwaj has collaborated mostly with her director husband Vishal because she feels he understands music beautifully.
Rekha, who started her Bollywood singing career with 'Chachi 420' where Vishal was the music director, said it is always a delight to work with him.
"Vishal is very creative, he takes all his work seriously. As a musician it is a delight to work with him because he has a very soulful approach while making music," she told PTI.
The 'Namak Ishq Ka' singer is excited about her stint in the new season of MTV Coke Studio as this time they will also release the video of making a song.
"This time it is a very different concept. They will be releasing videos which will include the story telling part, where the entire process of making the song will be explained. Additionally, this season will go on for a year, so the viewers can get more of it," she said.
The singer is also looking forward to collaborate with fellow musicians Papon, Sachin-Jigar and Amit Trivedi.
"I can see Sachin-Jigar, Papon, Raftar, Amit and Pritam are here. I would love to work with all of them," she said.
Rekha has already collaborated with music composer duo Sachin-Jigar in revenge drama 'Badlapur', where she crooned separation song 'Judaai'.
"They make me feel comfortable. As they composed the music keeping me in mind, I tried my best to deliver better. The way they have made me sing in a high octave, it is something which I could achieve only because of them," she said.
MTV Coke Studio season four will go on air on March 1.
