Among the latest top trending songs on the Youtube digital media is this recreated classic retro-song of the 90’s movie ‘Bin Tere Sanam’, by ‘Venus’, which now has the suave Vipin Sharma and charming South-side regional and Bollywood actress Kashish Vohra ‘romancing’ each other. Incidentally, musical sibling duo Jatin Lalit had made their 'sangeetkaar' debut in that movie ‘Yaara Dildara’ which features this evergreen song. The retro-track is recreated by Vikram Montrose and sung by Bhoomi Trivedi and Bilal.
“It was so much fun, yet challenging, as we had to shoot in Gulmarg on the snowy slopes where the temperature was so ‘freezing cold’. But the Kashmir location was so ‘wow’ like a ‘divine dream’ and the song is so ‘hot’ that Vipin and I did not shiver, until pack-up,” laughs the chirpy Kashish, who will also be seen in noted director Raju Hirani’s upcoming bio-pic movie.
Music-savvy ‘Venus’ corporate board director Champak Jain elaborates, “We have given this ‘Bin Tere Sanam’ song directed by Sayan Roy, a ‘filmy visual feel’ because our ‘Venus’ banner has its legacy of mega-hit musical movies like ‘Baazigar’ and ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’. Except for the ‘hook-line’ song lyrics everything else is original and different in our recreated version. Similarly, we also had to audition so many female singers before I instantly finalised Bhoomi Trivedi, who is immensely popular for her lower-octave husky, hit ‘playback’ item-song ‘Raam Chaahe Leela’.
