Shah Rukh Khan's association with Vishal-Shekhar has resulted in the team delivering huge commercial and music hits like 'Chennai Express', 'Ra.One' and more recently, 'Happy New Year'.
However, there have been various nagging issues between the music duo and King Khan which finally reached its peak and this resulted in Pritam being roped in for SRK's next. Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar were already a little miffed with SRK last year when Honey Singh was roped in for Lungi Dance; Vishal-Shekhar and Honey have an acrimonious past together. In addition to this, some other incidents have now prompted Rohit Shetty and SRK to choose Pritam. It is not known why things took a nasty turn between SRK and the duo but for now, it is evident that equations in the industry are changing.
