
The list for this year's best performers in the field of cinema has been decided. The winners of the 63rd National Film Awards were announced on Monday, in New Delhi and Amitabh Bachchan and Kangana Ranaut have bagged the top honours.
Kangana will receive the Best Actress Award for her terrific performance in ''Tanu Weds Manu Returns'', while Big B will be handed over the Best Actor trophy for his role in ''Piku''. The multi-lingual blockbuster ''Baahubali'' won the Best Feature Film Award along with Best Special Effects, while Sanjay Leela Bhansali has bagged the Best Director Award for his opus ''Bajirao Mastani'', which also won the Best Production Design and Best Cinematography Awards.
Salman Khan's ''Bajrangi Bhaijaan'' has been named the Best Wholesome Family Entertainer of the year. Kalki Koechlin, who stunned the critics and the audiences with her mind-blowing act in ''Margarita With A Straw'', won the Special Jury Award. Tanvi Azmi bagged the Best Supporting Actress Award for her role in ''Bajirao Mastani''.
Neeraj Ghaywan won the Best Debut Director Award for his film ''Masaan''. ''Nanak Shah Fakir'' was announced as the Best Film on National Integration. Remo D'Souza won the Best Choreography for ''Bajirao Mastani''.
''Visaranai'' won the Best Tamil Film while ''Dum Laga Ke Haisha'' received the Best Hindi Film Award. Piku's Juhi Chaturvedi and Tanu Weds Manu Returns' Himanshu Sharma will be sharing the award for Best Screenplay and Dialogues. Film-maker, Vishal Bhardwaj bagged the Best Adapted Screenplay award for ''Talvar''.
