Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan played the fiery queen Jodhaabai in Ashutosh Gowariker's historical epic drama ‘Jodhaa Akbar’ and her sword-wielding act seems to have caught the fancy of actresses across the seven seas.
Reportedly, actress Milla Jovovich, who stars in the recently released ‘Three Musketeers’ claimed to have been inspired by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's swords-man (or rather-woman) act. The Hollywood actress was quoted to have said, "Well, I watched Jodhaa Akbar and I must say that I was simply taken away by the action scenes in the movie done by gorgeous lady Aishwarya Rai. She was simply breathtaking in the movie and did justice to the character. For my movie (The Three Musketeers), I just wanted to be like her and thrill my audiences with bravery, action and adventure in the movie."
The former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had essayed the role of a Rajput princess Jodhaa who gets married to Mughal emperor Akbar (played by Hrithik Roshan) and starts reciprocating his feelings after some initial friction.
