Actor Akshay Kumar is eager to watch Sonakshi Sinha’s upcoming film ‘Akira’
The 48-year-old actor, who has worked with Sonakshi in films like "Rowdy Rathore," "Holiday" and "Boss" praised the actress for pushing boundaries as an artist.

Directed by AR Murugadoss, Akira is said to be an emotional thriller set in Mumbai and Rajasthan. The film marks Murugadoss' third Hindi venture after back-to-back hits "Ghajini" and "Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty". The 29 year old actress will be seen in a new avatar in the film and has undergone rigorous training to get into the skin of the character.
"Akira" is the Hindi remake of the 2011 Tamil hit "Mounaguru," and also stars Konkona Sen Sharma, Anurag Kashyap, Shatrughan Sinha. Sonakshi's upcoming action drama is slated to release on September 2.
