
The India-Pakistan T20 match was the most-talked about event last week and India's fantastic victory was witnessed by the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar and Mukesh Ambani among several others. Abhishek Bachchan was also present at Kolkata's Eden Gardens, on Saturday for the match between the arch rivals and his presence attracted as much interest as the game itself.
Twitter trolls had a gala time making fun of Abhishek, and the actor, who is usually not shy of engaging with trolls, had a war of words with a Twitterati on the micro-blogging site.
It all started when a certain @mainbhiengineer wrote, ''Big B paid for Aftab Shivdasani's ticket so that Abhishek Bachchan isn't the least known celebrity in the stadium.'' To which Abhishek replied, haha. Good try! "Least known celebrity"? Isn't that a bit of a contradiction?Chalo at least you think I'm worthy of a tweet.''
Following a lengthy game of one-upmanship, the troll replied, ''Sir, honestly I think, u r worthy of not just a tweet but a million tweets. But not worthy enough to get my 3hrs & 300 rupees.'' Abhishek tweeted back, ''well, a million tweets will most probably take you a lot more than 3 hrs and will cost you more than 300rs. U do the maths!!'' The twitter troll hit back, ''script can generate million tweets in secs, but unlike your films I want you to get the real love not the mechanical. The actor didn't stop to give back and said, ''It makes more sense to watch a movie. But then again guess we shouldn't expect much sense or logic from u.'' And it went on for a while...
