With her wellness centre, Back to Basics, she teaches people how to take control of their lives using nutrition. Keeping in mind this month’s Health & Wellness theme, we have organised a workshop by Anuradha Sawhney who is a vegan exponent and a health enthusiast. This workshop will teach you the tricks of healthy cooking without comprising on taste.”
The workshop will teach you how to make dishes such as Tofu Scramble, Pasta with tofu based white sauce, Avocado Chocolate Mousse, Raw Pad Thai and Vegan potato and soya mince kebabs. Registration is already open, so book a seat at the earliest.
