Get acting at Darpan’s theater workshop

If acting is one of your unrealised dreams, then check out Darpan’s upcoming acting workshop. The two month course costs `12,100 and will see you learning a number of skills associated with acting. Piloxing workshop at Temperance
Temperance’s latest workshop is on Piloxing — a workout which merges the discipline of pilates and boxing into a muscle sculpting workout. The workout further includes movements that are based on speed, dance and agility. Sucheta Pal, the only licensed Piloxing instructor in India, who will be conducting the workshop, says, “Piloxing is a great workout which mixes the core strength of pilates and the action of boxing into a fun cardio workout. Piloxing is targeted at the woman of today who is looking to keep her body fit and strong.” The workshop will cost `500 per head.
