After the success of the Hakka Summer Lunch, Hakkasan’s Chef Raymond introduces a Hakka Monsoon Lunch menu every day. The menu will feature wholesome soups, steaming dim sum, wok dishes, and more along with a bespoke tea. It is available Monday to Saturday at Rs 850 per person. Guests will be served soups like Black pepper meu soup, Hot and sour soup or Sweet corn soup. Next up will be a freshly tossed Hakkasan signature Vegetarian duck and cress salad with pomelo, onion and shallots.
