From the duo who brought the hilarious, thought-provoking and hit play Vagina Monologues to India, comes another production that sounds really interesting. Emotional Creatures has been written by Eve Ensler (who has written Vagina Monologues) and is a celebration of the strength of girls and young women from different countries. The play aims to showcase the secret lives of girls from all over the word. From a Chinese factory worker making Barbie dolls and a Kenyan girl who revolts against being though of as property, to a Congolese rape survivor and an Indian girl who finds to courage to stand apart from the crowd, you can look forward to some life-changing and must-hear stories. These stories will be brought to you through monologues, ensemble pieces, song as well as dance and features a cast that hails from five different countries.
