Newly launched website, Juvalia & You India is not spectacular, but the prices make it worth a click, says Rhea Dhanbhoora
There’s been a slight overload of jewellery websites and here’s another one hopping on to the bandwagon. Called Juvalia & You India, it brings with it a host of trendy jewellery at affordable prices. The website is not all there is to the jewellery company, as the collections are also distributed through independent stylists and personalised StyleShows. So, there’s an opportunity for you to make some money through it as well.
All you have to do is click on the Be a Stylist tab on the website, sign up online and start selling it to people. If you just want to pamper friends and family with some jewellery, you can book a StyleShow, because the brand believes that you should try on the jewellery before you buy it.
Designs are, surprisingly, not too European and they have a range of very ethnic looking jewellery. The styles veer towards traditional but have a good dash of contemporary as well.
You can get necklaces for as little as `250. Whether you’re looking for quirky owls, tribal pendants or feminine beads, they’ll have something for you at an affordable price. The necklaces range up to `4,500.
Earrings range from `250 – `2,500 and include drops, dangles and studs in a range of colours and styles. Bracelets range from `200 – `1,800, rings from `250 – `950 and our favourite section, brooches from `300 – `950.
We love that you can search according to a price range, your favourite colour or even the type of style and design you’re looking for. With a lot of high-end luxury jewellery sites popping up all over the net, this website, catering to the fashionista on a budget, is refreshing.
