ANDREW ZALTZMAN’S CULT SHOW NOW IN MUMBAI
Pitch: Mumbai. Batsman: Audience. Umpire: Andrew. Bowler: Bowled out! Starting from the coming Thursday, Canvas Laugh Factory brings to Mumbai the widely celebrated cult cricket-themed show with renowned British comedian, author and award-winning political satirist Andrew Zaltzman. Addressing modern India’s greatest existential question, “which would you miss more were it to end — cricket, or the world?” Zaltzman will apply his comic touch to address issues ranging from 20-20 to global economics. Tom Course, CEO of Canvas Laugh Factory, says, “Cricket is almost like a religion in India and I’m sure Andy’s take on the funny side will be a hit with audiences. Having said that, we know just one show with Andy Zaltzman is not enough, so we brought five shows of Cricket vs. The World to Canvas Laugh Factory.”
