Sara Shah tells you about House of Wow’s workshop for mindful yoga
This weekend, explore your body and mind through movement and stillness with House of Wow’s mindful yoga session, conducted by certified yoga instructor, Keshav Mohta from The Yoga Institute. Through this workshop, you can cultivate body, mind and breath mindfulness by combining classical yoga with vipassana meditation techniques. Keshav explains, “The mindfulness yoga sessions will combine classical yoga with vipassana meditation techniques and the sessions have been designed to cultivate mindfulness of the body, mind and breath. In addition to building body strength and flexibility, these sessions lead to a more peaceful, balanced and concentrated state of mind. The sessions also help to relieve stress, manage emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger or irritation, and holistically alleviate physical pain.” The workshop is priced at Rs 500.
