Unique Festival of Ayurvedic Sizzlers
Yes you heard it right! It’s an Ayurvedic sizzler! So all you health conscious people can rejoice, as Ayushakti Ayurveda health centre has introduced a month long ‘sizzler festival’ which offers authentic ayurvedic culinary delights at Swadshakti. Chef Manoj Keni, at Swadshkai, says, “We believe and practice in serving people food in line with Healthy Khao and Tasty Khao. Because of this ideology we wanted the people of Mumbai to have healthy fast food. Sizzlers are popular in the coming season, so we have offered sizzlers without French fries and they would be vegetarian. We are focusing on healthy food combinations with lots of vegetables and dry fruits.” They offer Punchmela Palkhi Sizzler, Tofu Pimentos Mushroomi, Sizzler Paneer Do Patti, Pancake Filling Sizzler, Penne Spanish Pasta, Vegetable Spaghetti, Sizzler Phaldhari, Sizzler Italian and lots more.

Sea food festival at Ruby Tuesday
This holiday season, dig into some lip smacking sea food at the Ruby Tuesday outlets all over the city. Ruby Tuesday is having their seafood festival and has mouthwatering Lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, trout almondine, thai phoon shrim, lobster tails and lots more. Corporate Chef Shirish Singh says, “November being the best month to get the freshest seafood we chose it for our festival. A lot of our ingredients are imported and some come from Delhi and Mumbai vendors. But it is all centrally sourced. We wanted to experiment a little with the menu and bring something new and palatable to the table.” He also adds, “I love the dynamic nature of the job; the opportunity to innovate, create, improvise existing recipes or create brand new ones and work closely with our American counterparts.” Team you scrumptious meal with the wine collection they have to offer.
