The first edition of the FLO film festival, arranged by FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), aims to create social change through gender sensitivity. The festival will screen 30 inspiring features, documentaries and short films that grapple with woman-centric and gender-sensitive issues. You can also expect interactive conversations between the filmmakers and audiences at the fest. Falguni Padode, chairperson of FICCI Ladies Organisation, Mumbai, tells us, “The FLO Film Festival hopes to create an impact that will mobilise and inspire audiences to bring about a paradigm shift in their perception of crucial female-centric issues in India as well as across the globe.” You can book your spot at the festival for `500. Students who are between 18 and 25-years-old can buy tickets at just Rs 300.
