Stack it up

Get into the festive spirit with a lavish five-course meal at STAX at Hyatt Regency. The grand spread starts with an amuse-bouche of baked oysters, tomato basil salsa and Burrata, and a choice of interesting soups. An appetizer follows and builds up to their turkey main course with sweet potato mash, giblet gravy and sauté snow peas. End with the traditional Christmas pudding with butter brandy sauce or the Strawberry Cheese Cake and Vanilla Brulee Cream with Chocolate Dust.
