CHRISTMAS EVE DINNERS

Stack it up

Get into the festive spirit with a lavish five-course meal at STAX at Hyatt Regency. The grand spread starts with an amuse-bouche of baked oysters, tomato basil salsa and Burrata, and a choice of interesting soups. An appetizer follows and builds up to their turkey main course with sweet potato mash, giblet gravy and sauté snow peas.
