The Red, Blue & Yellow (RBY) store is organising a photography exhibition called Limbo, along with the launch of the book, Apparitions by Kaamna Patel. The exhibition showcases urban landscapes from several remote locations in India and Europe. Asim Merchant, partner and owner of the RBY store, tells us, “Photographs are a beautiful way to incorporate elements of expression in your décor. We have always loved black and white photographs and they work beautifully with the furniture at our store.”
This is the store’s first collaboration with Kaamna Patel, who is an avid traveller and photographer, giving her an opportunity to showcase her work at the interior store. Her latest project, Apparitions, is being showcased for the first time, in the form of a self-published book that is hand-bound and available in a limited edition of 50 copies. “At RBY, we have always aimed at supporting and hosting young and talented artists. Kaamna’s work is refreshing, young, and blends in perfectly with our aesthetic sensibilities,” explains Karishma Bajaj, partner and owner at RBY.
