Cellar Door Kitchen, a new platform for pop-up restaurant events, founded by culinary consultants Mangal Dalal and Nachiket Shetye, kicks off with a three-day event presented by American Express, featuring chef Ritu Dalmia. The renowned Delhi based chef, author and television personality will be in Mumbai over the weekend to recreate her flagship restaurant, Diva. In association with Jacob’s Creek wines, the three-day pop-up restaurant aims to provide customers with a unique experience, offering Dalmia’s signature Italian dishes for the first time in Mumbai.
Sign up and enjoy delicacies such as the Crab & Avocado salad, Duck Confit, Potato & Truffle Cappuccino and Fig & Frangipane Tart. Guests will be offered a set menu which will include some of the chef’s most popular dishes from the Diva menu. The five course menu costs `2,000, excluding taxes and service charges. For those who favour wine with their meal, Jacob’s Creek’s wine-paired menus are recommended. A seven course menu including an ‘Amex Privilege Course’ — a fresh burrata bar serviced by chef Dalmia — is available to American Express card-members by invitation only.
