Queer Book Fair
Despite the fact that literature is prospering in India, Queer literature still lags behind. Iand an initiative to promote it, Queer-ink.com was formed — India’s first queer online bookstore. Due to the good response, Shobhna S. Kumar, the founder of Queer-ink, has decided to hold a book fair.
“Queer Ink is not just about queer people . It’s about the queer we all have inside us, not just in terms of sexuality. It’s going to be a series of events starting in Mumbai and then Bangalore over a period of one year,” says Shobhna.
The book fair will showcase over 400 titles and will be on sale for upto 40% off while you can pay via cash, credit or debit card. The buyers can also meet with the authors of the book and win daily lucky draw prizes and also participate in it.
