To celebrate Easter Sunday, establishments all over the city have some great deals on food and there are a few places you can visit for some great shopping as well. Dev Goswami & Shirley Mistry scour the lot to bring you the best ones

Food wise
Easter marks the end of Lent, which usually culminates in a rather large feast. So, it’s no surprise that mostly all the deals we’re recommending are based on where you can get the best Easter meal. Take a look at where to gorge this Easter Sunday.

Easter Feast at Westin Garden City
If you don't want to stay cooped up at home this Easter, head to Westin Garden City. They have organised a special Easter lunch buffet for the holiday. Your children will not miss out on any of the Easter fun either, as Westin has organised an Eater Egg Hunt along with other Easter themed activities
for children.

Easter desserts with a difference
If you want a break from the usual chocolate Easter eggs, head to La Folie this weekend. They have introduced bite- sized Easter egg desserts, with fresh mangoes, vanilla cream and mango compote, priced at `150 a piece. If you want to stick to traditional fare, they are also whipping up batches of chocolate Easter eggs in flavours such as hazelnut and almond praline, sold in assorted boxes priced at Rs 695.

A-la-carte at Serafina
If you’re tired of buffets, head to the Italian eatery Serafina, where they have a special a-la-carte Easter menu. The Involtini di Zucchine Genovesi, Bistecca alla Griglia e Turkey and the Torta di Carote-e-Zenzero are some of the recommended dishes from the menu. Look forward to treats such as the grilled turkey which has been tossed in a green pepper and The Torta di Carote-e-Zenzero on the other hand is a carrot and ginger cake, that will end your meal on a delightful note.

A Spread at Palladium
Seven Kitchens, the sprawling interactive all-day restaurant at the Palladium Hotel, is hosting a special Easter Sunday Brunch. The menu includes delights such as Leg of Lamb, Tenderloin Wellington, a seafood bar with clams, crabs, scampi, prawns and lobsters, eggs benedict and Eggs Florentine. They also have a range of beverages including champagnes such as Bollinger and Louis Roederer, and sparkling wines such as Moët and Chandon. Also on the menu are the sangrias (white, pink, red) and cocktails such as fresh fruit daiquiri, classic margaritas, green apple and fennel mojito. The non-alcoholic Easter Brunch will be priced at Rs 2,100 (all inclusive), the Sparkling Easter Brunch which includes sparkling wine, cocktails and other premium spirits will cost Rs 2,700 (all inclusive) and the exquisite Champagne Easter Brunch includes Louis Roederer and Bollinger, cocktails and other premium spirits for Rs 3,900.

Easter desserts at Yauatcha
If you’re looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth, Yauatcha is where you should go. The fine-dining restaurant is offering a range of limited edition treats. You can enjoy the raspberry chocolate egg, hazelnut mousse egg, white chocolate egg and the dark chocolate egg. Their spread certainly looks interesting, but remember that these items will be available only up to Sunday.
