Dhruv Sachdeva and Clifford Alfonso, winners of Thespo 2010 are calling it as they see it with their new comic show, We Call Your Bullshit. In this show, they will take on issues such as Bollywood gossip, absurd news, ecological news, business trends, environmental issues and, in their own words, anything else that is masquerading as more than it’s worth.
We’re sure that you’ll roar with laughter as the duo launche into improvised acts, theatrical games and involve the audience in their acts. However, be warned as your participation might require you to indulge in some rather risque activities — think chugging games on stage and engaging in a dance-off.
The duo are the brains behind Humour Me, a company that has been working in the field of entertainment for the past 10 years. With GQ calling Dhruv Sachdeva their top improv performer of 2014, this show is definitely a must-watch. Speaking about the show, Dhruv tells us, “With an hour and a half of rip-roaring sketches, musical comedy, stand-up comedy, improv acts choreographed dance routines, live music and rap battles... we uncover the bullshit.”
