Event: Indigo’s Anniversary Celebrations
It’s been fifteen years since Rahul Akerkar started Indigo in April 1999 and they have done a great job of serving great food all along. Shirley Mistry tells you more about their anniversary celebrations
To celebrate Indigo turning 15, Rahul Akerkar and his team of chefs are presenting 15 Plates for 15 Years — a menu that highlights the style and nature of cuisine that Indigo is famous for. The menu is specially designed to make this an unforgettable gustatory experience that blends the modern with the traditional and comfort with innovation.
“The focus at Indigo has always been the food. The Fifteen Plates menu is really a reinforcement of this ethos and will give our guests the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes reflecting all that Indigo stands for”, says Rahul Akerkar.
You can enjoy the spread at dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday and only dinner on Sunday.
