Peach, raspberry and nuts smoothie


100 gm fresh raspberries

3 ripe bananas, small

50 gm soaked almond

100 gm fresh peach slices

200 gm low fat yoghurt

For the toppings

Fresh raspberry, peach fruit slices, soaked almonds.


Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender

Place in a smoothie bowl

Top with the toppings, serve chilled.

Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl


100 ml unsweetened coconut milk

50 gm. soaked rolled oats

200 gm. low fat yoghurt

1 pineapple

For the toppings

Fresh strawberries, passion fruit, fresh kiwi, mango slices, banana slices, shredded coconut.


Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender. Place in a smoothie bowl. Top with the toppings, serve chilled.
