October 11,1942, a boy’s shrill cries announced his birth in Allahabad. His father, a renowned poet, changed his name at the suggestion of a fellow poet. He grew up to become one of India’s biggest entertainers. In 1982, a near fatal injury while filming his movie sent the nation in a frenzy. October 11, 2017, this entertainer will now be 75 years young. He is Amitabh Bachchan, whose fan-following transcends generations and geographies. Celebrating his 75th birthday, Zee Classic, with its proposition Woh Zamana Kare Deewana, has curated a two-week long special film festival called ‘Har Din Bachchan’ which will air every Mon to Fri, at 7:00 PM starting from October 9 until October 20 on Zee Classic.

‘Ammaji’ Meghna is back
Colors brings back another chapter of the cult show Na Ana Is Des Laado. She is the woman who doesn’t need an introduction - Shrewd, intense, astute, manipulative and vicious; Ammaji returns to the silver screen with Laado 2. Meghna Malik, who essayed this powerful and fierce antagonist, is back for the show’s second innings as well. Depicting the role of a larger-than-life personality, she was much loved in season 1 for her bold avatar and will now be seen revealing a side of hers which viewers would not want to miss. Laado 2’s first promo is out on the channel and has grabbed eyeballs and garnered appreciation from the fans.

Sally joins Emma-Jonah Netflix
Actor Sally Field has come on board Netflix series titled 'Maniac'. Directed by Cary Fukunaga, the dark comedy also features Emma Stone and Jonah Hill. The 10-episode series hails from Paramount TV and Anonymous Content.The show is based on the 2014 Norwegian series 'Mania' which centered on a mental patient at a psychiatric ward who escapes reality and lives in a fantasy world in his mind.
Details about Field's character are being kept under wraps, as are many specifics about the project.

Kakkar siblings reveal secrets
&TV’s Music Ki Pathshaala is all set to take television reality shows by storm with its first episode featuring celebrity mentors Neha, Sonu and Tony aka as the Kakkar siblings. On the show, the Kakkar siblings will be seen reliving their childhood memories of music! The episode will take an interesting turn with the uber cool host, Rahul Vaidya, engaging the Kakkar siblings in a game ‘Kiski aadat hai?' While Sonu was tagged chuglikhor, kanjoos and lazy, Neha got the tags bhukad, dildaar and rotlu from her siblings. Commenting on the same, Tony said, “On this show all of us were witnesses to Neha’s generosity of compliments for Sonu di and myself. She is extremely dildaar and we love her!”
