Emerald City to premiere in India
An all new show is going to premiere in India alongside the States!  Already making news internationally, it’s one of the most looked forward to TV shows of 2017. Based on the book, Land of Oz by L. Frank Baum, it’s a dark and edgy version of The Wizard of Oz. Follow the tales of Dorothy in this, most anticipated version of the Wizard of Oz! Watch the premiere of the all new show Emerald City on January 7 (Saturday), from 8 pm onwards on Colors Infinity.

Long relationships falling short ?!
The first fiction offering of 2017 on TV is a thought-provoking story about relationships that have no name, but make a difference to our lives. ‘Woh … Apna Sa’ is a story where some short relations don’t go the way you expect them to, while, a few other long relationships go on to make a huge positive difference in our lives. The serial has a talented cast, the charming Sudeep has been roped in to play the male protagonist, the gorgeous Riddhi will play his wife Nisha and the popular Disha will play the role of Jhanvi, a young woman whose simplicity, upbringing and values form the backbone of her mature personality. With an impressive ensemble cast presenting a concept ahead of its times, this show is bound to create waves on the tube! This upcoming Zee TV show is produced by noted director Siddharth Malhotra under his home banner.

Meg Ryan signs first major TV role in 30 years
Actress Meg Ryan is set to make a move to television with her first major role on small screen in 30 years. The 'When Harry Met Sally' star has signed on to lead a comedy, being eyed by entertainment network Epix. The half an hour series, written by Brad Hall, will be a TV adaptation of his short film 'Picture Paris', taking the same title. The short that starred Julia Louis-Dreyfus will focus on a suburban empty-nester, who heads to Paris with her husband, only to find the trip is not quite the dream she anticipated. Hall will write and direct the project which is being fast-tracked for a straight-to-series order.
