Newly-weds Vatsal-Ishita trapped in romantic horror!

Thursday, September 20, 2018

COLORS brings viewers a spine-chilling narrative with horror drama – ‘Kaun Hai’ that features newlyweds Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Seth as the protagonists for the show. A contemporised rendition of the mythological story of Hiranyakashipu and his brother Hiranyaksha, this episode marks a new chapter in the show with a format change from being episodic tales to an immersive mini-series. The show also sports a new tagline and will now be called ‘Kaun Hai? — Khauff ka ek naya adhyaay’.

Speaking about the same, Ishita said, “Vatsal and me have shot as friends earlier but it’s exciting to now shoot as a married couple. I'm eager to know if there is some difference but that is something I will experience once we start shooting.” On being asked about working in a horror show, Ishita said, “I'm a person who gets scared easily. I can't watch horror movies at all and I need someone to be around to hold onto” Vatsal  said, “It's always great to work with Ishita and with Kaun Hai, we will now get to experience facing the camera as a married couple. I have been very excited about this offer because of the storyline; it’s a well-balanced concept that has a perfect mix of horror and romance.”

‘Kaun Hai...’, starts September 22 at 10.30 pm, every Saturday and Sunday on COLORS.
