The old has gone and the new is here! While everyone awaits to see what's in store for the new year of 2017 on all fronts, celebs from the Television industry too talk about how has 2016 has gone by, apart from importantly letting us know what the 2017 scene is going to be like...

Karan Wahi: My resolution is the same as last year which is to be content with what I have and be happy. Sometimes in life, we forget to appreciate what we have and want more. I think my resolution would be to be happy with what I have more than what I want.

Ridhi Dogra: My new year resolution is to be positive through every situation and give 100% in whatever I do. I think that's my motto and I am definitely going to stick to it.

Arjun Bijlani: My New Year regime is to work harder, and not only on my shows but also on my fitness, I have to be focused. I am at a stage where I can do films, so I will work on that and improve my skills.

Krrip Kapur Suri : We go through ups and downs which are a part of our life. Though there are downs in life they are overshadowed with happiness. The highlight of 2016 is my show which worked really well. The bad things in life come but it teaches us lessons which are good for us to live and grow. My resolution for the year 2017 would be working more and improving myself as a singer, actor, and definitely, a human being.

Kratika Sengar Dheer : I don’t make any resolution at all and I don’t believe in making resolutions on New Year eve. If you want to start something or stop something, can do it right away --- why to wait for the New Year to come? If I want to do something, I do it. I really don’t wait for the right time to come.
Shashank Vyas: In 2016 I have realised everything comes through patience, waited for my show for 8 months and when it started it's a good one I must say. This year I came closer to fitness and diet. Ravish is a super character and such kind of roles are rare on television. I am looking forward to more creative work and time to keep myself fit.

Adaa Khan: 2016 has touch wood been really good for me. I traveled a lot and I have seen a lot of places, went to Kashmir, Kerala, and Goa. Travelling gives me a high and makes my soul alive. Also, Naagin ended and Comedy Nights Bachao got over and then Naagin 2 started so work wise it's been very good. I have worked, travelled and God has been kind to me career wise. Health wise I was not well that is one issue I hope 2017 has better health and my resolution for 2017 would be I trust people too easily and it is one thing I would not do this year. I'll make fewer friends and travel more in 2017.

Jasmin Bhasin: 2016 was one of the best years of my life both personally and professionally. It has shown me everything ups and downs. The highlight of 2016 was Tashan-e-ishq I gained a new identity and a lot of fame but the only down was when I came to know that it was wrapping up. The ending of the show was a major low. My resolution for 2017 would be to work even harder and get more disciplined and I need to be careful about my health. I want to travel a lot and keep entertaining people and expecting my show Dil Se dil tak to be a big hit.

Aishwarya Sakhuja: 2016 was a year not very lucky for me when it comes to work, I stayed away for a while unconsciously. Personally it was pretty okay and fine. Ups of 2016 was bagging Trideviyaan and down was I had to wait for long to start shooting for the show. Highlights of 2016 would be Khatron Ke Khiladi. I never ever made resolution I always try to do things so my resolution will be I would try to have good health and focus on staying fit and healthy.

Mrunal Jain: 2016 was fruitful for me. The double role in Nagarjuna. Ek Yodha won me appreciation and I am getting a lot of offers for films as well. My health was bit topsy turvy but now things are very positive on all fronts. My resolutions for 2017 is to do films for sure and I want to travel more in 2017.

Priyal Gor: I don't believe in resolution, I believe in time and God. Time is the only thing that teaches you and makes you learn.
