Christmas is the favorite time of the year. Though we are Indians, we are equally fond of Christmas like we are of Diwali. And when it’s just around the corner, no need to worry, here are some easy ideas to help you get started with..!!

In Christmas doors are like greetings, they are the cover page for the inside content. It makes a statement about who you are and is a great place to start for any decorative celebration!

A traditional wreath made out of holly looks great, and you can add your own personal touch with shining baubles or include some glamorous flowers or decorative fruit for a feeling of abundance.

For a simple yet effective look, tie ribbon to some baubles and hang at different lengths from the top of the front door using drawing pins.

Decorating the Tree!!
The most important part of Christmas décor is the Tree. Some still enjoy the look and smell of a real tree in their homes, but for many the fold-away species is an easier option. Green is still the most popular choice, but a white version (depicting the snow) teamed with the right colored decorations can look amazing.

That was about actual tree, those who believe in Christmas but don’t find time and if it’s not pocket friendly, there are 2D tree options, where you can hang it in a form of a nicely colored frame. Or make an abstract form of tree out of it.

Candles and Lots of them!!
Candle is the most creative and the easiest to make DIY. Hundreds of options and all can be beautiful. And these can be not very expensive. So if you are busy creating the other stuff, you can just buy these from the nearest home décor store!!

Christmas Gifts!!
It’s the time for some give a ways. There are several ecofriendly options, other than simple wrapping ideas. How about a mini version of Christmas tree simply make from small tree branches? Strips is something which is in trend. Red and white stripped ribbons will do wonders this season.

Hanging lights in the living room, or on a corner seating area, or on the entry door look inviting and calm. There can be DIY options in that too.
