It what was definitely a swanky Sunday for the city, Mumbaikars woke up to a wonderful display of Vintage and Classic cars and bikes, all part of the Annual VCCCI Vintage Car & Motorcycle Fiesta. The event was flagged off by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at Horniman Circle. All the vehicles took to the streets of Mumbai and finally convened at the Sofitel, Bandra Kurla Complex to mark the conclusion of the rally. Afternoon D&C photoraphers Azad Shrivastav and Shyam Iyer captured some of the beauties on camera. They included entries from all over India, rare cars from 1900 till date. The Fiesta, organized by the Vintage & Classic Car Club of India (VCCCI), India’s official body for vintage motor vehicles that is affiliated to world body FIVA, in association with the Western India Automobile Association and was open to cars and motorcycles manufactured between 1940 and 1980.
