Break a sweat - anytime, anywhere!
Morning sport activities at the sea promenade along Marine Drive or at lush green gardens, footpaths and pavements around the societies, terraces of their building - every morning residents of Mumbai head to jog, exercise, practise yoga, indulge in a hearty laugh session and meet their friends. Some photos look like there were taken on the same day, but most of them were not. First things first, whether you work out in the morning or evening, getting to the gym is quite a task thanks to traffic, and that’s only after we have managed to wake up or leave office in time. However, the ambience and space you work out in can help change your attitude, lift the spirits, and get you in the mood to break a sweat.
