Water!

This may seem obvious, but it bears repeating. When we are thirsty, so many of us reach out for everything (including colas and sugared juices) instead of this basic life force.

Coconut Water

Coconut water has an electrolyte profile similar to human blood, making it an ideal beverage to replace fluids and help remove toxins. If you have a high-sodium diet, the electrolyte potassium from coconut water can counter it.

Green tea

Polyphenols is not a word that most of us have heard of, but its these powerful antioxidants that make green tea one of the healthiest drinks. Antioxidants fight free radicals that contribute to aging as well as several illnesses such as cardio-vascular disease and cancer.

Buttermilk

A great source of calcium, a coolant for your system, an aid to the digestive system— buttermilk is an ideal choice. The packaged ones often have more salt than is good for your system, so try to have it fresh.

Lemon Water

Lemons smell great and taste terrific. But they also improve hair and skin, and can add years to your life. A single lemon gives you approximately 51% of daily Vitamin C. Guzzle away.
