Mostly As: You seem to be taking good care of your joints and bones. Having healthy and strong bones is important, especially for growing adults since your joints start to wear out as you grow older. You have been eating right and exercising well, which will keep your joints healthy. Continue taking care of your joints and avoid very strenuous activities and you will easily be able to stay away from problems such as arthritis that occur as you age.   

Mostly Bs: You need to be cautious and mindful about your joint health. Having weak joints can have severe effects on your daily activities. There can be various reasons for joint pains, obesity being one of the main causes. Look for the reason that is causing the deterioration of your joints and improve joint health by including calcium and vitamin D rich foods such as eggs, fish, milk and milk products in your diet. Make sure not to put excess stress on your joints and get enough exercise on a regular basis. Cracking your joints regularly can also damage them. Take a few precautions earlier on and you can prevent severe damage to your joints.
