Upcoming Trends In The Education Sector

Wednesday, August 02, 2017

1. How technology is changing education in the classroom
Background: With devices like iPads for example, students are no longer confined to a computer lab. As soon as an assignment is available, students can work on it inside their classroom, at home, while waiting on the bus, in between classes, etc. Mobile classroom technology can bridge the gap between classroom and home learning. The days of lecturing and textbook stuffed backpacks seem to be coming to an end. Mobile devices and BYOD trends have advanced the way education is being delivered, as mobile technology in the classroom advances and schools move toward a more interactive learning environment

2. Why co-curriculum activities  are important for school
Background: Education is a pretty broad concept that goes beyond the four walls of a classroom. The core aim of education is to foster all round development of a child. All round development essentially means intellectual, physical, moral, sensible and social development. All round development can be achieved only through education. Education plays a fundamental role in the making of a man and his development as a culturally well-developed social animal. To fulfil these objectives, there is a prime need of striking a balance between syllabus, curriculum, books and also co-curricular activities beyond that. A co-curricular activity essentially takes place outside a typical pen and pencil classroom experience. It gives the students an opportunity to develop particular skills and exhibit their non-academic abilities.

3. Importance of E-Learning in today’s time
Background: With the rapid growth of technology and its influence in almost every aspect of life, thinking of education without incorporation of technology becomes impossible. While the term “e-learning” has been thrown around quite a lot in recent years, many are still unaware of what it actually means and how it can help them achieve success in both their professional and personal lives. Along with its no boundary, no restriction advantage and fun approach many schools are opting for various E-learning tools & are incorporating technology at whole
