Environmental Science has its application in organizations dealing with the environment, agriculture, pollution, forestry and so on. One can get job opportunities in Public & Private Sector, Chemical Manufacturing Units, Eco Journalism & Eco Tourism, Central & State Pollution Control Boards, Private Consulting Engineering Firms, Educational Institutes, Research & Development Units, Testing Laboratories and so on.

My daughter is studying in class XII and has opted for the science stream. She is interested in automobiles. Should she pursue BE in automobiles or Mechanical engineering?
—Jeevan Gogri

Since your daughter is in interested in Automobile Industry, she can pursue either B. E. Mechanical or Automobile and then can get entry in Automobile companies for a job. Students from both the specializations can join the Automobile sector. Another option is Diploma in Automobile Engineering.

I am studying in HSC [science] and interested in engineering. Which field of engineering is the best?
– Akshat Jawale

There is no good, better or best field in Engineering. Each field has been designed for a specific area and people who opt for it make the best of it. Try to objectively figure out what you exactly like to do and are good at. You can read various Engineering related blogs or articles for getting more information.
