I am a S.Y.J.C (Arts) student. I want to study L.L.B. I want to know what is corporate law? Should I major in any specific subject?
— Aakansha Patel
Corporate Law comprises all those laws that are to be kept in to consideration while initiating a business, setting up a company, managing it, signing contracts, and so on to even mergers or dissolving an organisation. If you are asking for your specialisation at the B.A. level then you may take up any subject of your choice as in most of the recognised Law colleges in India, the specialisation is available at the Masters level, wherein you can specialise in Corporate Law and Governance.
I have completed my H.SC (Commerce) and want to start my own export-import business. What course should I pursue?
— Karan Dharker
You can pursue a diploma course in Import and Export management on the basis of 10+2, so you will get an idea about the field. However completing your graduation and also taking up work experience in the same field would be more important if your long-term plan is to start your own import-export venture.
I have completed my T.Y.B.Sc. in Statistics in 2016. I scored 72.5%, but I don't know what to study next. Currently, I am offering tuitions, but I want to study further. Please advice me on the best course that I should opt for?
— Sunita Srikumar
You can opt for a Masters Course in the same or related field like Maths, Stats, Actuarial Science or opt for a non-statistics field like management or aw or social work or journalism, as per your long-term plans.
