National College kick starts intercollege fest

R.D National College, Bandra are pleased to anounce that the students of B.Com and B.A department have put together an intercollegiate festival called “ILLUMINAVI”. The main objective and motto for this fest is to be different and appeal to the younger students by crafting events and activities with a twist. The fest, in its maiden year shall include some of the recent trends such as  'memes', into their activities as well. "We have also crafted curriculum intense events inspired from entrepreneurial shows and events," said a student. "We will be having sports, contemporary events, informals, dancing, singing with lots of twists and turns." Over 60 colleges are participating and are there is expected to be a footfall of over 1000 students.

"The whole Illuminavi team has worked very hard for the fest and promise a fun-filled two day fest. We have teachers of different departments enthusiastically supporting and guiding us for our fest. Illuminavi is conceived under the able guidance of our Vice-Principal, Dr. Neha Jagtiani," said a student.

The college held a contingient leaders (CL) meet on January 6.  It was attended by student representatives from over 25 colleges. The venue was illuminated very artistically by the Creative Team for the CL meet. The CL meet was inaugurated by Vice-Principal Dr.Neha Jagtiani who graced the event with her presence and motivating words.
